Yes. In Oregon, adding new circuits, replacing an electrical panel, or wiring an EV charger requires a city permit. Empyre Electric pulls all permits and meets the inspector directly.
How do I know if I need a 200-amp panel upgrade?+
If your main breaker is 100 amps, if breakers trip when you use multiple appliances, or if you want to add an EV charger or heat pump, upgrading to 200 amps gives you the power you need.
